What is saved

The server stores your sample appointment type, preferred time, @example.com contact email, one fixed access information preference, request reference and status history. It also stores a hash of the random session token and submission protection data.

There are no fields for symptoms, medical history, identity numbers, date of birth, passwords, documents or uploads. Do not put personal or medical information into any field.

Your isolated session

Two essential cookies connect this browser to its demo session and protect form submissions. The random session identifier is not a patient account. Another browser cannot read your receipts, and your sample allocations do not use another visitor’s capacity.

24 hours, or clear it sooner

Access expires 24 hours after the session starts. Expired data is removed in bounded cleanup batches when the app starts and during demo activity. Expired records cannot be read or changed, even before a cleanup batch removes them.

Clear my demo on the request page deletes your session’s requests, history and cookies immediately. Clearing cookies on your own removes your access, but the stored records remain until expiry and cleanup.

Where the data goes

Sample data is sent to this website’s server and saved in its local database. It does not stay solely on your device. No practice, practitioner or adviser receives it. No email, SMS, reminder, payment or external tracking service is used.

Images and fonts are served from this website. Creator credit links take you to external websites only when you choose to open them.
